A collection of long-form photographic projects exploring place, memory, atmosphere, and absence across North Hampshire and beyond.
These works are built slowly over time through repeated walks, observations, and returns to familiar places.
Some evolve into books, while others remain ongoing studies shaped by weather, silence, history, and changing light.
Together they form an evolving archive of photographic projects exploring landscape, memory, isolation, and the quiet details often overlooked in everyday life.
FEATURED WORK
Echoes of Calleva
Created through repeated walks around the ancient Roman walls at Silchester, Echoes of Calleva is a contemplative photographic work exploring landscape, history, and the restorative power of quiet places. Captured entirely in colour, the project reflects changing seasons, shifting light, and the subtle details often missed in the rush of everyday life.
More than a document of an historic site, the work became a personal journey of reflection and reconnection — an invitation to slow down, observe carefully, and experience the atmosphere and enduring presence of Calleva beyond the stones themselves.
