We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our clear and straightforward refund and returns process will support you. Whether you’re buying film for your next shoot or selecting a print from our Gallery Collections, we make it easy to manage returns and refunds in line with UK consumer law.

1. Cancelling Your Order

If you purchased an item online and haven’t seen it in person, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product. Refunds, including standard delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Customers are responsible for reasonable care of items and return shipping, unless the item is faulty.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

All products must be:

Satisfactory quality – free from defects
Fit for purpose – suitable for their intended use
As described – matching the description

If an item is faulty, you can return it for a full refund, repair, or replacement depending on the timing of the issue. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

3. Digital Content & Special Items

Digital downloads: Once a download has begun, the 14-day cancellation period ends. Faulty digital content is eligible for repair, replacement, or refund. Browse our Print Downloads or Print Collections before purchase.
Custom or personalised items: Returnable only if faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
